Biography

Currently, Dr Shailesh Kumar Patidar is an Assistant Professor in Department of Environmental Science at Central University of Rajasthan. He completed his PhD research work at CSIR-CSMCRI and postdoctoral studies from Hanyang University (Seoul, South Korea) and University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, USA). He has published 23 international research papers in addition to 6 patents as a co-inventor. His research interest lies in the algal biofuel, algae-bacteria interactions and carbon sequestration. His previous research work concentrated on algal biotechnology, distribution of ribotypes of harmful algal blooms, and phycospheric & polyculture engineering for the economic biofuel production.
