His academic and research career began in University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) getting PhD degree in Organic Chemistry in 1990. He carried out postdoctoral studies at University of Oxford and Univ. of Paris-Sud. Assistant Professor in Organic Chemistry in 1995. Several stays as visitant professor at Univ. of Oxford, also short stays at “Green Chemistry Centre of Excellence of York” & Univ. of Rome I, all of them due by his interest in other research fields. In 2015, he obtain a Full Professor position by Spanish Educational Government.

Abdeen Mustafa Omer (BSc, MSc, PhD) is an Associate Researcher at Energy Research Institute (ERI). He obtained both his PhD degree in the Built Environment and Master of Philosophy degree in Renewable Energy Technologies from the University of Nottingham. He is qualified Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record within the water industry and renewable energy technologies. He has been graduated from University of El Menoufia, Egypt, BSc in Mechanical Engineering. His previous experience involved being a member of the research team at the National Council for Research/Energy Research Institute in Sudan and working director of research and development for National Water Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Sudan. He has been listed in the book WHO’S WHO in the World 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. He has published over 300 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 200 review articles, 7 books and 150 chapters in books.

Director of Master Department and Lecturer in the Field of Business and Public Law, Tirana Business University (TBU) Adviser in Energy Policy & Law, Regulation and Infrastructure in Albania The leading professional activities include academic teaching, applied research, strategic consulting, and institutional capacity building. The work focuses on the EU legal framework in Albania and the public policies offered to industry and interest groups, international institutions and public authorities. As part of the EU integration process, the main activities have been promoting issues related to sustainable growth in Albania within the regional integration of the Western Balkan countries. Higher education is fully developed in Italy, France, Germany, etc. In continuation, he has worked as a researcher, professor, and trainer in various national and international environments and has been engaged as a legal advisor and consultant to foreign and local companies, public authorities, and international organizations. The activities have been accompanied by the publication of an extensive bibliography, television appearances and participation as a key speaker in many international conferences on the legal and political framework of the EU and Albania, mainly in the field of energy policy, business, public policies, etc.

Biomass, Biofuels, Green Energy

Currently, Dr Shailesh Kumar Patidar is an Assistant Professor in Department of Environmental Science at Central University of Rajasthan. He completed his PhD research work at CSIR-CSMCRI and postdoctoral studies from Hanyang University (Seoul, South Korea) and University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, USA). He has published 23 international research papers in addition to 6 patents as a co-inventor. His research interest lies in the algal biofuel, algae-bacteria interactions and carbon sequestration. His previous research work concentrated on algal biotechnology, distribution of ribotypes of harmful algal blooms, and phycospheric & polyculture engineering for the economic biofuel production.
